This is how jam was meant to taste! Avindale Farm is a working farm but they sell freshly home made jams, chutneys and sauces to the public. They also take orders for their produce, so when you run out you know you can get more.

Very good little cafe with great vegetarian options. They had a play area or the kids which made our visit more enjoyable as the little ones were happy. The smoothies were really good!

Nice pub, very original, built in late 1800's so great atmosphere. We called in just for some drinks with friends. Service was good, as expected, they were pretty busy at the time.

Truly authentic Indian cuisine a the name suggests, good for dining in but we usually get takeaway. Their vegetarian dishes are really good, especially the pakoras!

This is the oldest steel railway in Australia. The Cockletrain goes from Goolwa to Victor Harbor and is a lovely journey. The kids really enjoy it though it is very expensive ($28 per adult). If you go on a Sunday it stops off at the Goolwa market which is a great break.

Dr Verco specializes in dentistry for kids so he's very good at it. He has a lovely manner with kids of all ages and makes visiting the dentist as relaxing as possible.

REM provide fun and interactive learning programs for kids. They have an excellent program for teaching littlies early reading skills, from 4 and a half years of age. Great for giving them a bit of a headstart before school and for boosting their confidence.

Excellent quality labels invaluable for the kids to label their belongings at child care, kinda and school. Their shoe labels are great quality and stay on better than I expected.

Fantastic place to visit with the kids. We've been many times and even the older kids enjoy it. They have a gorgeous miniature steam train to ride on and the driver is very interactive and gets the kids to participate. We've also had many birthday parties here and they provide all the food and drinks and the party is held inside an old train carriage.

Our kids were invited to a Gymbus party and loved it. It is a mobile service, so they come to you. It is a double decker bus which is an indoor playgym with poles, mats etc. My friend had the bus and guests meet at a park which was great as the kids could play outside when they wanted a break, but they loved the bus.
