Personalised service from the box office to the Candy Bar, makes this old fashioned cinema a really unique experience. There is always a good range of art house type films on at this cinema.
I am a Perth member of this National organisation (it costs $105 p.a.). They have branches in all capital cities. Stuart and Alita (head office) personally look after the 8000 members. The ASA offers courses on managing your own superannuation fund, and many aspects of financial management. I attend several meetings a month (the free entry more than pays for my membership). These meetings might be guest speakers from companies or financial analysts. The ASA also run courses on how to analyse companies financial reports and thus make better decisions about buying shares in that company. It is good value being a member, and you meet like minded people.
Jim Lewis installed the vents in our conservatory. They are electronic & sensitive to rain (they close). We were very happy with his work. The company operate throughout the metropolitan area.
I had a knee that was bothering me. I phoned Stuart on recommendation of a doctor. He only needed me to visit him 4 times before he had the muscles strong enough to make the knee pain free again. I have recommended him to several friends--for sciatica, neck pain and back pain. He has helped them all. He tries very hard to save you expense too by loaning you equipment you need such as a TENS machine or a support bandage.
These people supply ink & toner cartridges for my computer. They are fabulously cheap and their range is very comprehensive. The best thing about them is their service time. I can order online, pay by credit card (and get free delivery) and have my goods in a day or two. I have recommended these people to many friends and have never heard a bad report
John is a superb tree pruner; just an artist with what he does. He is very safe in all his work and knows just how to treat the various trees he lops. He made our trees look fabulous and one in particular which I was scared of losing, he advised me on how to nurse it back to health. And his rates (which he quotes) are very reasonable.
Every time I have to go to the airport, I call up these guys. They pick up me and any luggage I have from outside my home (they have a minibus) and drop me to either the domestic or international terminal. The service is door to door. The drivers are wonderful, they are always on time, it saves you asking a friend to drive you out and you don't have the expense of a cab. They'll meet you for the return trip too and drop you home.
This guy is amazing--he health checks my computer every year. I initially called him because the machine was running slow, and I expected to have to purchase a new one. But Peter kept it running for a few more years. Now that I do need a new one, he'll make sure I get exactly what I want. He is so talented.
David repaired my father's old clock. It now chimes and keeps time perfectly. When the strike went out of sinc with the time (because of a power strike), I rang and he happily talked me through fixing up the problem
Lloyd Owens is my optometrist. He is careful with his eye testing and always sends me a reminder notice when I am due to have my eyes retested. There is a great range of frames to choose from in the shop and very skilled people to help me choose frames
