The goods are all top quality, and more importantly the staff are well trained and know how to use them. I was fed up with buying so called 'non-stick' frying pans, only to find that after a short time the coating came adrift and made me feel positively ill. Paul and Ian not only sold me a pan that lived up to it's name but also took the time to tell me how to keep it that way. Well done.
