Okay so I was using a voucher however I thought the point of these was to intice people to find and return to your business however the guy that seems to own this business is abrupt on the phone and in person. On arrival he made my mum feel like she was bring him a car that was completely grotty and how dare she present such a car in such a state - which she found confusing as isn't this what this business does ... clean cars! There was a layer of dust and leaves but nothing that a damp cloth and a vacuum cleaner wouldn't easily deal with. The car was returned a hour later but many places had been missed including the driver's side floor mat. When she returned later in the day after noticing it missing she was told that there was not a mat present (although later the missing mat was discovered and returned).
Alas I bought two voucher but now I'm am hesitant to take my 3-door Pajero (which BTW still counts as a full 4WD with the additional $10 fee ontop of the voucher) as I wonder what lack of attention will do to the leather seats.
Will definately be looking for another of the many alternatives to this car wash service.

I arrived late and they fitted me in, they did a great job, but most impressive, when I got home I went to put an item away into my glove box and found $50 in there. I had forgotten a friend had thrown that into the glove box but it was still there after the wash. Can't ask for more than this!

I bought a discount voucher for this Business for a half-price full detail. When I got there they told me I might have to pay more because the car was so dirty. I though, "here we go" but I couldn't have been more wrong. They spent about 4 hours on a Sunday cleaning my car and did not charge me an extra cent for all the additional work they did. The car was spotless! Very impressed.

I booked in for an $89 platinum car wash and detailing service as my car was extremely dirty inside and out. I have two dogs that shed a lot and tend to treat the car as their personal playground. Staff warned they may not be able to get all the hair, dirt etc out which I said I understood. They proceeded to spend over 2 hours on my car and I don't think my car was even that clean and fresh smelling when I bought it brand new. It was absolutely amazing what they had achieved. The best service and the best money I have ever spent on my car.
