Why shop at a store where employees loathe and can barely tolerate the customers? The store is located in an area generally regarded as low socio-economic, but surely that doesn't give employees the right to treat customers in an unprofessional manner? Beware the acidic, menopausal, old dragon, Suzanne at the fitting room counter with the bad attitude to customers returning tried-on clothing to her counter. She gave me heaps of bad attitude until I pointed out to her that there are signs in the fitting rooms stating that staff will be pleased to return clothing to the racks. I told her I didn't like her attitude and she promptly shot back in a superior tone with a smirk, "Oh, I think my attitude is just fine." I was angry enough to speak to the Manager who made all the right noises, but why bother spending your money where staff are so rudely intolerant of customers and reluctant to even do their basic job requirements?
The Good:
leaving the store
The Bad:
Being treated rudely in front of my ten year old son.
