I have had my bike serviced there twice, never purchased from them.
First time they did not call me when it was done, they called me when they were packing up and admitted when i got back that they "were done ages ago, but forgot to call", at least they didn't lie. They adjusted the idle down, but did not adjust for freeplay in the throttle cable.
Second time was better but they did not stamp my handbook (in the bike's boot) which can impact warranty and resale.
Prices aren't that bad, would cost much more to go to Peter Stevens (where i bought the bike)
The Good:
Are a Hyosung dealer, so you keep your warranty, not to far from train station or shops so you can pass the day while your bike is serviced. Nice people.
The Bad:
Lack professionalism, its not that hard to make a call or stamp a book, you feel like a "mate" rather than a paying customer.
