lousey, staff are bitchy and rude i was rushed in, had e mediocre job done, when I stated the colour i wanted they disagreed and did what they wanted. there is too much gossiping going on, i must have heard the life stories of 10 different clients FROM THE STAFF whilst I was sitting there...wonder what they say about me !!
