Salon Lavan, Elsternwick

I have been a client of lee's for over 13 years and couldn't be happier. Now i have kids they love going to "Lee's house" and the kids area is a god send!

Audrey is a fantastic hairdresser. She has excellent customer service and always tries to accommodate you. She is always on time and does an excellent blow wave using hot irons. I have very thick hair and my hair always looks amazing! I have my hair straighten every week and last for the week. I always get complimented on how fantastic my hair looks. Highly recommended! The other hairdressers Lee and Stella are always so friendly and acknowledge you. The salon is very modern and clean.

Brilliant service and haircut!! Organising haircuts for teenagers can be challenging, but since my 14 yo boy has been going to Salon Lavan, he now asks me to make the next appointment. Lee is fantastic. Last haircut, my son brought in a picture of the style he wanted, discussed with Lee and hey presto all done. He was thrilled. Thank you. I would highly recommend Salon Lavan.

Oh, is there nothing more luxurious than having a regular professional wash & blow dry! In the time poor world we live in today thank goodness for people like Lee at Salon Lavan. She always fits me in & I always walk out feeling amazing. Thankyou Lee! x

Fairly new to Melbourne from the UK and didn't have much success with hairdressers, (like so many!) came across Lee purely through this website. I saw all the fantastic reviews so made an appointment. All the reviews are spot on, she is a very experienced and professional hairdresser but more important a really genuine lovely person. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend her salon. I especially like that Lee is with you from the moment you come in until you leave, in that you are not 'farmed' out to one person for your hair washed, the hairdresser for your cut and then another person to dry it. Lee takes the time to make you and your appointment feel an unrushed special time. This is all aside form the lovely chocolate biscuits and the massage chair!!!

Lee is an amazing hairdresser. I have had cuts, colour and most recently a perm. She was very cautious with my perm which is a great attribute of a experienced hairdresser. And because I wanted a bit more extra curl, Lee redid the whole perm a week later free of charge. The salon is fresh, clean and very comfortable. You don't just get a hair treatment, you get a whole experience from the massage chairs to the tasty snacks and beautiful fresh flowers!

I got the haircut I asked for (showed Lee a few photos and also asked her for some advice), left very happy with the result. Lee is a very friendly warm person. Would go back! Value is good.

I had a 1/2 head of foils and a trim. Lee was very friendly, quick and inexpensive and the salon is beautiful. The cut was great, however I wouldn't recommend for getting foils done - she didn't get close to my roots at all and as a result I need them redone after only 3 weeks (I can go up to 10 weeks between foils usually). A shame, as it seems like a great place, but I won't be going back due to the almost immediate regrowth. You get what you pay for I guess.
