I received unsolicitated advertising from them despite having signs all over my letterbox. The owner refused to apologize and simply wrote back - - - No drama! Will never use them!

I had terrible balayage done at the Floreat Sachi for Hair salon. After spending over $450 there I was so appalled and shocked with the poorly done balayage. I had a very very prominent line that was not blended what so ever. After being so extremely disappointed in how poorly my balayage had been done and coloured I wore my hair up for weeks to hide it. Would not recommend this salon at all!

i love this salon, they always do a great professional job on my hair every time, and i wouldnt go any where else.. I do normally go to the midland branch though

I have a particular hair cut and have been to a small number of different hairdressers. Came across Sachi and love the way Rosa cuts my hair. The best so far!!! You pay a bit extra, however the price includes a wash and shampoo. Worth it!!
