My daughter has been attending the centre now for about 3 months and is gradually becoming happier and happier. She can be very clingy at times and has a lot of difficulty seperating from me however the teachers in her pre-school room have been extremely helpful in this area. She did attend another local centre last year and was basically miserable there. I must say that the difference in terms of the quality and friendliness of staff and the quality of the programs is massive. The centre has a wonderful outdoor play area that is huge and includes slides, a fort type play area, sandpit and riding track. It is always lovely and clean and my daughter is greeted warmly by staff each morning and farewelled. The director and owner are also very visible within the centre and regularly pop into the rooms to say hello and check how the kids are going. They have a lot extra activities for the kids and family and friends as well such as grandparents mornings, visits fromt eh dentis and a police officer etc etc. I have been really happy with them to date and would recommend them to anyone.
The Good:
Frinedliness of staff and willingness to assist kids on an individual level.
The Bad:
The centre is slightly more expensive than others, it doesn't offer make-up days, reduced fees for holidays or public holidays and there is no food or sheets etc included in the fees.
