I bought a couple of toilet seats from Reece Plumbing Centre last time I was in Ipswich and when I got them home realised they were the wrong type. Not wanting to go all the way back to Ipswich, I took them back to Reece Plumbing Centre in Warwick, hoping they could handle the exchange. Not only did they do this but they did it with no fuss and a lot of helpful advice on this and all kinds of other plumbing matters we discussed with them.
The Good:
The people at Reece Plumbing Centre in Warwick (Qld) were friendly, helpful and more than happy to help us out. They were knowledgeable and shared their knowledge freely. I don't thnk I'll go anywhere else for plumbing supplies in the future.
The Bad:
The only bad side to the exchange was that they didn't have what we needed in stock and we had to go back again. However, the important thing is that they knew just what we needed and got it for us pretty quickly.
