wonderful, fast helpful kind, professional service. I broke down 1200 kms from home, they organised a service, then a tow, then a free hire car while the mechanics diagnosed the problem and ordered the spare parts. Could not have been nicer or more thoughtful. They would have provided accommodation if I needed it. Kept in touch, made sure I was happy. Extremely lovely staff, I have never had a bad experience with this service and I have been a member 35 years almost.
