Not a bad activity to kill some time. Course is a good balance, not too hard/not too easy. Unless you are a mini-golf nut one of the 18 holes courses is plenty (they have an indoor and outdoor). Outdoor is great when the weather is good. You will often find vouchers for this place and I only go when I have one (entertainment book, sometimes shopper-dockets and they have a little brochure at the tourist places - like Hobart airport which will get you two for one on 18 holes). They do have snacks there, but they look fairly uninspiring. There is tasty icecream which would makes a suitable reward for the victor however (although I loose more than win!). On a main bus route from the CBD and on the same route as Kawasemi Japanese Teahouse (about 10-15 minutes walk). They get 4 stars for service as they were more than willing to pop our wine in their fridge before we headed off to a BYO restuarant.
The Good:
cheap entertainment with voucer
The Bad:
arguments that can result when things get a tad competitive :)
