I had a split system installed into my apartment. Pulbrookair were amazing, I plan to renovate my apartment in the future so they helped with the best possible placement and provided a better solution to my heating and cooling needs. I couldn't be happier and I am warm.

We needed our heating installed in 2 stages, to existing and then to the extension parts of the house. They were ok with it and did it. The guys were friendly and working quickly.

Efficient, professional service. Salesmen were prompt and willing to tailor the service to our needs. Installers were clean and focused. My partner and I are very impressed and happy with Pulbrook Air. Our home is so comfortable and there were no hiccups throughout the whole process. Very very happy.

We had a full ducted refrigeration system installed and searched through a few companies before deciding on Pulbrook, our rep was so polite and really educated our family of the system we purchased, we actually had another big company quote us however their rep was not up to this standard andhe could not provide a final cost (which was a bit discouraging).

I got 12.5kW Daikin Ducted Air Con System installed upstairs and a separate 2.5kW Daikin Wall Split installed downstairs. Overall I was very happy with the service provided by Pulbrook Air. About a week after the original quotation, the guy that quoted called me back to check if I had made a decision. After some questions being answered to my satisfaction and some negotiating, I accepted the quote and both systems were installed a few days later! This impressive turnaround time probably had something to do with the fact that summer had just finished, so they probably weren't that busy at the time.

The only minor issue I had was that they installed the wrong model split system downstairs, but came back after a few days to change it to the correct model (I had not paid for the split system yet, maybe this had a direct relationship to their prompt action to change out the incorrect model?).

Overall the system works great, but I'm still waiting for a very hot day (35+ degC) to fully test the system at its full capacity. Overall I am satisfied with the price and service provided to this company. Their tradesmen were tidy and courteous - they asked when in doubt, and they answered any questions I had during the installation. I am pleased with the overall completed installation quality.

I have read on some internet forums however, some horror stories about the level of service provided when it comes to warranty claims, which I obviously cannot comment on at this stage because I have not made a warranty claim as yet.

The quote was done in Monday and was much cheaper than I'd expected, which meant we could afford a super efficient 5 star system. Work was done on Friday of the same week, by polite and tidy tradies. Will be getting them to do our cooling next year. The system is great and the house is toasty!
