We wanted to purchase two specific harnesses for our pets however they had to be ordered in as they were not in stock. During the time we were in the store, two customer left without being served, but in their defence, they appeared to be busy. After waiting some time for service, the young woman behind the counter said she was unable to order the requested items in without first checking with the manager (who was on a lunch break at the time). She attempted to convince me to purchase a different brand/type/colour that they had in stock however i was not happy to do so. My details were eventually taken however it was many weeks before anyone telephoned me back regarding my order. During this time i had obtained the items from another store, for a substantially cheaper price.
The Good:
The place was reasonably clean.
The Bad:
Limited service, lack of organisation and customer service.
