We contacted this guys early in the year because we wanted to get a Nanny for our children and they advertised that they were the only Nanny agency to be a registered carer, meaning that we would get the higest possible CCB rebate. They got us a Nanny, who then left to go back to school after only a few months, left us hanging for weeks looking for another - at which point we got a string of unsuitable's. At the end, we had a nanny who wasn't showing up for work and they weren't doing anything about it. Our children were devestated that they weren't able to say goodbye to this girl.
