I had Phoenix screen come out to measure and quote for a house lot of fly screens, the measurer showed up on time. When it came time for them to fit the screens the fitter realised that we were missing a screen and that it was not included in the quote he was very professional went back to the factory and got them to make one up on the spot... I was able to pick it up the next day, but, when we tried to fit the screen it was the wrong size so I rang the factory and the lady who answered the phone is FANTASTIC she rectified the problem straight away and within 5 mins I had the correct screen.
The Good:
Customer service especially the receptionist
The Bad:
A little stuff up with the measurements but was rectified straight away
