When I first walked into OPSM I noticed three staff immediately but it took approximately 5 mins to be acknowledged and 10 mins for a staff member to assist me. The staff were not all busy, two were talking to each other about shoes. The store was well lit which is important when you have a vision problem and the space was used effectively. When I did get assistance for a staff member they were very helpful and pulled off all the glasses on the shelves that they believed suited me. After I had found suitable glasses I asked how long it would take to get the item. I was informed it would take two and a bit weeks to book a eye test and 10 more days to fit the glasses with lenses which I believe is too long to wait. I wouldn’t return to this store again because I know I can get service quicker anywhere else.
The Bad:
Too many staff not doing anything
