I once went there at 4pm on a Sunday, Not knowing their trading hours were to close at 4pm, The doors were open and I was allowed to walk straight in and nobody said anything to me. I went to start looking for the particular screws that I were after, When the Indian man that works there walks up to us and goes "are you ok here we are closing" very rudely and abrupt, We were like "ok sorry we didn't know nobody told us as we walked in", We told him what we wanted to do and he was so rude he practically laughed in our faces telling us "what we wanted to achieve was simply not possible", I then went to bunnings and got the help I needed and the right screws that WERE available to use.



I refused to go there for a while as I was quite disappointed with how we were treated by that man, He does still work there but if I go there now and he asks about help I just say I'm right and find one of the other employees if I do need assistance
