I had an entirely new kitchen installed. The presale service was outstanding, best information & level of customer service. Once they had my money (had to be paid upfront on delivery - prior to installation) it became a whole new story. Not only could they not supply all the components for the kitchen but it took them an extra month to complete the job. They wouldnt return phone calls, i had to chase & hound them to finish the kitchen. I was continuously lied to and treated like a second rate citizen. I wish i had never gone to them.
The Bad:
