I have flown Jetstar a number of times as there prices are great. Problem is their service reflects 'what you pay'. it has improved ALOT since they have allowed allocated seating ( previously you had to make a mad dash for the plane in order to get a seat next to family or friends) but I still think they need to bring their customer service up to scratch. Never-the-less i would fly with them again- but only because their prices are so low.
