Hi Andrea, I would just like to thank you for the fantastic job that you did on my selection criteria. You were so professional, comfortable to talk to and extremely prompt in your responses. This was especially a touching experience for me as my son and I feel sick unexpectedly and were admitted into hospital. With the short time frame that I already gave you, you still offered to help me further by offering to even submit my application for me knowing what a situation I was in with no internet access (as I was bed ridden). I just want to say that this really touched me as to what a not only wonderful and caring person you are, but also what a fantastic job that you did for me from the very first point of contact over the phone. Whenever I called you, your phone was answered straight away and no matter what time it was you seemed to jump to help me with what ever I needed for my application (which eased my mind greatly). I will definitely recommend you to any family member or friend who needs help with or tidying up on their criterion, resume or whole application over all. Words cant express how much it meant to me that you were the person I chose to do my resume and no one else, especially with the unfortunate situation that was on hand!!

I would not hesitate in recommending Andrea to my friends and colleagues - in fact I have already done so ! The fact that she has worked in HR previously gives her credibility in that she knows what makes a CV stand out from the rest of the pack. Andrea is very down to earth and passionate in what she does, which has made the experience of working with her all the more enjoyable. Having Andrea in your corner definitely gives you the edge, which is what you need when looking for the job of your dreams !

Andrea gave my very out of date resume a true make over - modern layout and re wrote it in a way I couldn't possibly have done myself. She knows what to say and how to say it in a way that communicates in a very direct and professional way. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to stand out in the very competitive job market!!

Finding yourself at the career crossroads can be an overwhelming experience. I was floundering until I found Andrea. I rang many companies prior to Impressive Resumes but it was Andrea answered the phone and spoke to me and it was she who helped me on my way to a new career. I found Andrea professional and at times a wonderful mentor, which I was not expecting but that was a welcomed surprise. Here is a person who is in business but that also really does care and seems driven in her goal to illustrate who and what people are and can do using words and the framework that is a CV, including Selection Criteria. She is a true story teller but is careful to cater to the target group the CV and SC is aimed at. Accessibility, not a problem, an effective collaborator, absolutely, personable, absolutely. I have already recommended Andrea to friends and will continue to refer her services when the opportunity presents. May the force be with you :-)
