Holiday Inn (Darling Harbour), Sydney

A group of us stayed here for one night recently. We were greeted courteously at the door, the doorman offerred to carry ort (very tiny) bags inside and the atmosphere from the moment we arrived at their front door was amazing!

Inside, the staff were smiling, cheerful and eager to please. When one of our party fell ill, they called a doctor, extended out check out time (FREE OF CHARGE!!) and were very concerned. The front desk staff even allowed us to borrow their computer to check in for our flight!!

Unbeleivably excellent service. Way above 5 star rating....I'd say 10!
