Well this experience has taught me you can never trust everyone. We had a parcel shipped by express courier service thru Star Track Express on a friday from NSW. By the time wednesday came around and we still hadn't received it, I rang the company that I ordered the goods from and they said that it had been onforwarded to Heritage Gold Carriers. My husband had to drive to our closest shop which is 4km from where we live to find our parcel which was addressed to our home address sitting in their shop. The owner was very angry that the carrier had just dropped it off without asking and then we find out later it had been sitting there since monday and it was now wednesday. I rang the owner driver and he was nothing but rude to me, he said that he did not travel any more than 2km off the bruce hwy. I said that was untrue because they regularly dropped parcels off to the house which is next door to us and they are further away from the Highway than us. He then got totally ruder and in the end I was rude back. He has to travel more than 2km off the bruce hwy to go to the Star Track Depot on the sunshine coast and I reckon he drives more than 2km off the highway in Maryborough. So do not use this company unless you want to be made fun of and abused. I will be forwarding a written complaint to Star Track Express as I didn't get what he was contracted to do.
