The balayage performed was of poor quality. The streaks were thick and the colour patchy. So disappointing.

There was a bit of a wait for an appointment, but the colorists and stylists were very professional and did exactly what I asked. They have reasonably good opening hours, with early Saturdays and late Thursday nights.
