My quite long haired dog Harry was groomed by Phyllis and he just loved her. Phyllis is very kind and caring with the animals and Harry loved being pampered. His coat is quite long and thick and Phyllis cleaned all the dead hair away especially from around his paws and between his toes and Harry just stood there quietly and let Phyllis do whatever was needed. Her grooming equipment is efficient and very effective and she really knows her stuff.
The Good:
Groomingdales is a small salon where your dog is the only one there at the time of your appt. The dogs are not put into cages, as the service is on an individual basis and you do not have to wait any longer than the time it takes to groom your dog. The salon is spotlessly clean and looks beautiful and Phyllis is very friendly and her love of what she does and the dogs is obvious.The salon is situated in a lovely quiet part of Mt Martha and there is plenty of parking.
