Rebecca does my hair and I'm blown away by the quality of cut n colour. I also bought the cudo $99 special and today was my last visit under that as my year is up. Admittedly when I first went there, I was concerned about cleanliness and a few other things. By the end of the visit I was really pleased. They got the colour perfect every time. They listen to u but also know what suits and build from there. I used to pay ridiculous amounts at places like lattouf, minimum of $350 a vist. Whilst the environment is nicer there i couldn't justify the hole in my wallet. Both bob and Rebecca are very talented and I can't imagine going to anyone else. It's under new managent and I saw today that they've actioned many changes already , all positive. This isn't a fake review, I think that ppl r more inclined to put online neg reviews because they're angry, rightfully so but when we're happy we forget to put up reviews. If your after a quality cut n colour go see bob n Rebecca.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I agree with the other posts and have googled this company and have found other negative reviews also.

I went in with a cudo voucher and purchased one for me and my sister so that we both can share the experience.

The offer sounded too good to be true- AND IT WAS!

When I tried to book in the service the phone keept ringing out and the lady who booked it in for me said that I could not book in more then one service a day i.e. beauty and hair and said I would need to call back for the beauty appointments after I do my hair which I did not understand but went along with it.

When I got there my sister and I were sitting down in the wrong area and staff saw us but did not even acknowledge us. They did not even say hello can I help you, are you booked in or any of that customer service they just walked straight past us talking to one another. Lucky we were early for our appointment! When it was time for our appointment I asked a staff there if I needed to fill in any forms and only then did she direct me to the other side saying that they have a different door for the other services.

When we went in we saw hair all over the place, the place was over crowded, very busy and messy. Alot of the staff were not professional and did not smile to say hello. Only one or two were actually nice and there was alot of staff on duty.

When they dyed my hair it looked nice at the time but the process was very concerning. I felt really dirty as they had hair in the basins from other people and did not wash out. I sat at one basin which was clean but the others were dirty. They had hair all over the place and noone was cleaning.

When I washed my hair at home the colour came out and faded and within a week it faded completly and people were commenting how the top of my hair was a different colour to the ends.

I was not going to complain but when I went to book in the next appointment the guy who answered the phone was a real Jerk.

He was really rude when we were there also but he wasnt serving me so I did not worry too much but after this phone conversation I became very upset and angry.

It took many times before he answered the phone and when he did he became very rude after I told him I was using a cudo voucher, and asked me what time I wanted to book in. I asked if I could book in anytime from 5:30pm-7pm and he got really nasty and said "what time do you think we finish here??!!!" I said I am not sure and he said some words under his breath and I said " you do not need to be rude about it" and he said what?! then hung up the phone!!!! HE HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! I called back and he did not answer! I could not believe the abuse he gave me and nasty tone of voice!

This experience was not worth the discount that the Cudo promotion was offering. I would never recommend this place to anyone-no matter how much they charge as the bad attitudes and dirty place is not worth it.

Reading all the other reviews was like reliving my own nightmare experience (besides the only two positive reviews which I find very hard to believe are real). I ditto all the expressions used - horrible, traumatising, disgusting, rude & arrogant manager, noisey & crowded, disorganized, waiting room reeking of nail polish fumes. Overbooked, girls did not know what they were doing. Burns on my arms - OK now. No goggles provided when using laser on my face. I have received a full refund only after going to Fair Trading. If I could give no stars I would. This place should be closed down or placed under new management immediately. As everyone says: WHATEVER YOU DO, JUST DONT GO!!!!

One word Traumatised!!!! Horrible, the owner who also sits at the reception is the most arrogant, inappropriate, rude human being on this planet. The staff are nice but cleanliness has no meaning in this place. I bought 2 Cudo vouchers one for me and one for my daughter who lives in Canberra. She travelled all the way to use the voucher only to face abusive, horrible treatment by this man. please do not go there, I am not going to use my voucher now.

Absolutely disgusting! My daughter bought us each a voucher for "Laser Teeth Whitening", online and we wrongly assumed it would be a professional treatment. We booked our appointments for 9.30am and 10am this morning and arrived at 9.25am (after an hour drive in traffic to get there).
We were met by a gentleman who eventually entered our details in a computer and showed us through the hair salon to another area where we could wait, right next to the desk where someone was having their nail treatment so it reeked of nail polish fumes. While waiting, several people came after us and were shown in to have their laser treatments. We were asked a couple of times what we were waiting for then after waiting half an hour, were told they would just sort out another laser treatment and get back to us. We were finally asked to come in at 10.20am and when I told the girl I was not happy about being kept waiting so long, she said she wasn't told about us being there (despite walking past us at least half a dozen times so she saw us there). I was told to lie down while she put some stuff on my teeth, while my daughter questioned her about single use of the product to which she replied that she would throw it out immediately. She never wore gloves at any time then a "laser" light was shoved into my mouth which was meant to hold my lips apart. While I lay there, I couldn't help but wonder how many other people's lips had been on that device. She also left the room and checked every so often that we were ok. After the treatment was finished, I was told to rinse my mouth at the basin but I had to ask for a plastic cup and she was annoyed that she had to go out and get some. The light was quickly wiped over with a cloth and an unknown solution from an unmarked bottle. She then started on my daughter's treatment which also lasted half an hour but she left the room after the laser light was set up and didn't come back so we had to sort ourselves out and just left and she was outside helping with the nails!
Beware, don't go there it is a health risk, we would never recommend it and they should be reported to the Health authorities!

The owner of this place is a jerk, completely unprofessional and rude, and thinks he's doing you a favour when you get anything done here. He definitely needs some lessons in customer service and marketing because now i will be telling ALL my friends to never go to this place.
The staff are possibly even worse. They lack experience, they're uneducated girls he's plucked from some unknown part of the world and "trained" to perform complex tasks such as laser hair removal. Oh and when i say trained, it means they've taken a little workshop in how to operate the laser machinery in Mount Druitt (i read the certificate). God knows if they know anything about safety. They dress completely inappropriately, chew gum and nastily about other employees DURING the appointment. I was especially disappointed when they rushed all my appointments - a one hour laser treatment was done in 20 minutes because the girl was whinging about wanting to finish and go out! I had one of those vouchers that stated unlimited laser treatments for a year in any areas of your choice. After a few visits, the stupid owner told me i couldnt get more than 2 areas done because im being "greedy" and "not understanding".
I unfortunately got stuck here because i paid for my laser in advance and am forced to complete my few treatments here... Honestly, no matter what you read, do not go to this place. It's not worth any offer they might have. You will be shocked at their unprofessional attitudes and wonder how places like these can even operate. And worst of all, all you'll get is a terrible service and the stress from being totally disrespected.
PS- the positive reviews are totally rigged.

I don't get laser done here as it is IPL but I know 1 of the girls that does the laser here and I know she attended a private beauty collage and took and extra course in laser before coming to work here.
They don't have a uniform and wear casual clothing, but I don't see a problem with that.
The girl I believe you may be talking about no longer works there, I it's the one I think it is.
Also if you bought the voucher for the IPL that I looked at then I'm pretty sure the fine print on the voucher states up to 2 areas.

I 1st went there after buying a voucher off a website and I found the experience to be a pleasant one, better then most places I have been to in the past. The staff are always very friendly and pay attention to what I wanted. I have since purchased a membership there and I love it.
The wait times to get your hair done even if you have booked an appointment can be long, however if you let them know that you are unable to wait they will make sure that they have you out of there by the time you need to be.
The girls in beauty are well trained and very friendly as well. They are always busy and bookings need to be made sometimes weeks in advance for the busier times.
The owner there is lovely and he makes sure that I am always happy with my hair and even if I don't have an appointment he will try and fit me in if he can. He was also very accommodating when my boyfriend came with me and made him a cup of coffee while I was getting my beauty done.
I have never walked out of there unsatisfied with the job they have done, and I have enough trust in the hairdressers there to do what they think looks good in my hair and have had long hair most of my life and I now have a short haircut that looks great. I am normally in there 2-3 times a week, highly recommended Good Looks to all!

IF YOU WISH TO BE ABUSED AS A CUSTOMER GO TO THIS PLACE:
I purchased a voucher through CUDO for a Complete Beauty Package. After finally getting through to them on the phone after quite a few days of trying, I booked an appointment to have my Hair dyed last Friday. I was quite happy with the job done, though I found the place to be overly loud & crowded. Whilst there I made an appointment for Thursday (tonight), but had to cancel it. I tried ringing them for 2 hours today & couldn't get through, so popped in there on my way home from work. When I arrived, there were 3 staff outside the door smoking to which I had to walk through. Once inside the Girl on the desk was on the phone, once she was finished I said "oh good the phone is working" & explained I had been trying to get through for 2hrs, she said that they were extremely busy. I commented that they might need to put people on hold instead of letting the phone ring out. Then from nowhere comes "the owner" who says "well you coud've sent an email" in a tone that was very nasty, I replied no I couldn't as I was at work & that there was no reason to speak to me in that tone. He then proceeded to yell at me to "Get out of my shop you Ugly Junkie". To say I was shocked & horrified is an understatment. I wont go into what happened after that, suffice to say I will never step foot in or near this establishment again & will let all & sundry know of this attrocious business & the way they treat there customers. This was not the 1st time I had encountered his rudeness, the other time had been when I originally rang to book my first appointment, he was extremely rude. I also want to add that when I was there last Friday, they had a client commenting on how she looked like a N#gger after coming out of the Tanning Booth, the staff laughed at this until I expressed my disgust at the use of the word.

UNLESS YOU LOVE TRAUMATISING EXPERIENCES - DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I paid about $400 for a voucher for a years worth ($5000) of IPL laser to this place through one of those email offers thinking i was getting a good deal... i had to wait 3 months to even be booked in as they sell so many vouchers they're overbooked, . When i arrived on the day for my laser i had to wait about 20 minutes before someone even spoke to me.

The place was a mess, unorganised, there was used paper towels still on the bed when i went into my room- but it got worse. Because they were low on staff the "owner" was doing the IPL laser ???? when i said i was uncomfortable with a man giving me a brazilian laser, he rudely told me i'd have to wait awhile for a girl to do it. As i had waited months for this appointment, i didn't think another 40 minutes (this is how long i was made to wait) would hurt... The girl that eventually did the laser was about 17 years old and was also doing the pedicures there- she defintely was not a qualified IPL laser technician

i left mortified and will not be going back here ever again!!!
