Elaine is a fantastic conveyancer, she helped me sell my property in Melton Victoria. I had many difficulties dealing with the purchaser and the Commonwealth Bank. The bank made a massive error and because of that my settlement was delayed by a week and the bank said I had to pay the extra interest. Elaine presented my case to the bank, with time consuming negotiation Elaine had managed to settle the case at a later date with no extra expense to me.

Living in Sydney and having an investment property in Victoria I did not do much because Elaine had everything sorted out for me, she sent regular correspondence and kept me up to date with every inch of detail. I would recommend her very highly...ELAINE YOUR THE BEST AND MY LIFESAVER.....
