As those with automatic roller garage doors would know, it is quite challenging to get someone over when when they malfunction. All Remote Controls agreed to come late on a Saturday afternoon (after business hours). It even so happened that I was not around when he eventually came, and you can imagine my surprise when it was already fixed when I got back (he simply left an invoice in the mailbox). He must have done a pretty good job because my roller door had not malfunctioned since.
