About Town Mobile Mechanics, Mobile Service

I had called About Town Mechanics after being annoyed and disappointed by another large mobile mechanic business and was very suprised and impressed by the service i received from About Town Mechanic Rob which was fantastic compaired to the other mechanic. Being a female i felt well respected by Rob, which normally wasnt the case and he didn't try and rip me off. Rob was fantasic, he was on time, very pleasant and especially understanding especially at the time of payment when my funds hadn't cleared in my account and i promised to pay the account first thing the following morning.

I have never met a more reliable and honest hard worker than Rob, his professionalism and xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx xxx xxxx

My car wouldn't start in the morning. I called around to a few places with no luck or service. I saw About Town. Rob arrived within 2 hours and sourced the problem, it was fixed the same day and car has been running well since.

Appreciated the prompt service and attention to detail. My car required a starter motor and the battery points were corroded. Cars starting great and is now running properly as well! thanks Rob. I will recommend you to others.

I was highly impressed with the quality of service ATMM provides. My car required a replacement alternator. The mechanic, Rob, was prompt and informative with his replies to my online quote, offered next-day service, arrived at the time he stated, and was affable and informative about the work being carried out. It's very convenient to have a mechanic come to you, and after bad experiences with a garage it was great to see the work being carried out thoroughly, at a good price (it ended up less than quoted and better than any of the other mobile mechanics I queried) . Rob took care of a few other problems with the car and answered all my questions. I would recommend ATMM to anyone, and will use them again.

'a woman on my own' I was driving to the pool one night last week. I didn't get far when my car decided not to go any further!! Next morn the RACV diagnozed the problem (bung ignition module)so the easiest thing to do was to have the mobile mechanics come to do what was required. I had never heard of them before, but what a lovely surprise the experience proved to be. A thorough approach and very reassuring. The good thing about it was that I could observe what was required and see the job being done and clear explanation along the way. Just my kind of thing. Thank you Rob.

Excellent service, very satisfactory result. About Town Mobile Mechanics fixed a problem in my car that at least six other repairers couldn't, or didn't know how to.
