I was highly impressed with the quality of service ATMM provides. My car required a replacement alternator. The mechanic, Rob, was prompt and informative with his replies to my online quote, offered next-day service, arrived at the time he stated, and was affable and informative about the work being carried out. It's very convenient to have a mechanic come to you, and after bad experiences with a garage it was great to see the work being carried out thoroughly, at a good price (it ended up less than quoted and better than any of the other mobile mechanics I queried) . Rob took care of a few other problems with the car and answered all my questions. I would recommend ATMM to anyone, and will use them again.

'a woman on my own' I was driving to the pool one night last week. I didn't get far when my car decided not to go any further!! Next morn the RACV diagnozed the problem (bung ignition module)so the easiest thing to do was to have the mobile mechanics come to do what was required. I had never heard of them before, but what a lovely surprise the experience proved to be. A thorough approach and very reassuring. The good thing about it was that I could observe what was required and see the job being done and clear explanation along the way. Just my kind of thing. Thank you Rob.

Both my girlfriend and I have used this service and were impressed by the quality, value and speediness of the service provided. My girlfriend had a minor shuddering issue fixed on her car, and I had a clutch cylinder replaced within a few hours. We also spoke with one of the mechanics (Rob) on several occasions regarding advice on buying a new car. He was extremely helpful and happy to answer all my questions.

Late Sunday 23 Dec 2007, just before Xmas and the radiator has split and leaking badly. I called Rob at 8:30pm and he said he'd call me Monday morning to hopefully source a radiator and fix it. I also called many places Monday morning and it was looking like the car would be out of action until 11th of Jan. Rob called about 9am and said he could do it all Monday. He turned up on time as promised, very sympathetic to my problem, curteous, friendly and efficient, plus finding the supplier had provided the wrong radiator type he managed to transfer it over the same day even though the company had officially closed for the day and was having their Xmas BBQ. All fixed, tested, anf fixed some other minor bits, and cleaned up late on Monday afternoon, allowing us to enjoy our Xmas away.

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your service of my car. I was annoyed when I found out (via the children) that you had said some parts such as an oil filter were rusted, which indicates they were not changed as they should have been by my previous mechanics.

The previous mechanics I was very loyal too, and had serviced my car for over 10 years, but I had detected that they were getting too busy as they have lost seniour mechanics and just seemed to have too many cars for the available expertise. They often had my car for days before they even got to start on it.

More to the point, my mechanics had the car for weeks, trying different things to get rid of the shudder, you have it for two hours and the shudder (not only under braking but also at idle) is gone!! The car is so much more comfortable to drive, and I feel safer now it is not shuddering under braking.

You provide a wonderful, professional and realiable service, and I will certainly use you to service the car from now on, and recommend you to anyone who I know needs a mobile mechanic.
