I went into the store on Thursday , and I was so disappointed to the customer service to which i so call got.!! The young girl behind the counter was more interested in placing a lunch order then helping me, I felt so stupid standing at the counter asking for help, as she told me to wait, then after she made her call, I still was left standing whist she then decided to chat to her counter who didn't even offer any help to me, I then said, excuse me, may I ask a question, which felt degrading as I felt like I was begging for help, she then just looked at me, so i asked her and she was so rude that I then just wanted to get out of the shop, I will not be visiting that shop again, as I have never been treated like this in a shop ever before, I really think that the girl needs more experience in customer service, as I have spoke about my experience to several friends who have also told me the same feed back.
So anyone who wants to visit ABC blinds, be aware....
I would appreciate if a manager could respond to this comment.
